  Greetings students and welcome to REC 4430/5430 Administration in Therapeutic Recreation. We will be working with our professional contacts to develop a sense of what it is to administer therapeutic recreation program in various agency settings. This course requires learners to communicate with professionals regarding policy, procedure and delivery of services, engage in professional conference opportunities and share perspectives gained throughout the course with other students.

  Learners will identify key concepts about defining leadership and followership styles.

  1. Discuss the virtue of identifying and developing multiples styles to suit the needs of their management.
