During the peer discussion I learned about Dr. Elissa West-Frazier and her formal learning experience with her son, I feel like I have seen my mom go through similar situations with my brother, having to speak up and be overly vocal with others because they just don’t understand ( I think). I also feel like my mom has felt some of your emotions on what am I supposed to do. From the age of 2-4 right before kindergarten my brother went to a montessori  school where he could be independent, learn at his own pace, and learn something in a million different ways to going to a formal regular school, it was a big change but eventually everything slid in to place thankfully.
