I am accepting Spring 2022 graduation applications.   

As always, the evaluation process will consist of me reviewing your eligibility to graduate or take part in the Spring 2022 Commencement ceremonies. YOU MUST HAVE EVERYTHING COMPLETED BEFORE YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE SIGNED. 

Your address on the application needs to match what’s on record here at CSU. Your diploma will only be sent to the address on file at the university. Please check and make sure your information is updated. You can update your personal information (phone number, address, personal email, etc.)  in Cougar Connect. 

You cannot have any outstanding placement test, incomplete courses or balances. There will not be any exceptions.  Friday, February 25, 2022 is the university deadline to have submitted your application to me for evaluation. I prefer you submit it ASAP.

Step one: You must fill out and submit your graduation application online https://www.csu.edu/registrar/forms.htm. Deadline Friday Feb. 25, 2022

Step two: I will evaluate and sign off if you have met all requirements to either graduate or participate in commencement.

Step three: I will submit your approved application to the Registrar’s Office for final evaluation.

Step four: The Registrar’s Office Evaluation Dept. will evaluate your transcripts and will make the final determination if you are eligible to graduate or participate in commencement. (Note: Participation in commencement is not the same as graduating. You are not a graduate of your program until your degree has been conferred by the Registrar Evaluation Dept.). This process can take up to May to complete so please be patient.

Step five: You will receive an email to your CSU email account from the evaluator that evaluated your eligibility for graduation or participation in commencement. If you are short any requirement for graduation it will be listed in the email with instructions.
