The CSU Student Scholar Emergency Fund will provide a one-time gift of up to $500 to Chicago State University students who are currently enrolled. Students should demonstrate educational or financial need due to an emergency, accident, or other unexpected critical incidents related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Funds will be disbursed after the student’s application has been reviewed by the University and shared with the Chicago State Foundation. The maximum benefit a student can receive is $500. Students in need are encouraged to fill out a simple form that will take less than 10 minutes to complete. The link to the application is accessible through this letter by clicking here, through the CSU homepage, or the CSU COVID-19 Updates page.
