Introduction
Welcome to Online Learning 101
This course will cover all of the techniques you need to begin to teach a course online. The course will culminate in you creating a course and content which you can use in the future. There is no textbook for this course. All resources will be provided for you.

- Go over activities that will allow us to get to know one another,
- Practice using Moodle tools,
Take an exam that will assess your ability to be successful in the online environment.

Lesson One (ONLINE) - Developing Your Design Document
By the end of this lesson you will:
- Explain how a design document relates to building an online course
- Assess 3 different elements of the design document
- Develop a design document for an online course
Instructions: Please follow the labels and links below to complete all of the activities. I will have a synchronous session will be on Monday at 8 pm. Lesson Two (In Class Session)
By the end of this lesson you will:
- Explain and present 3-4 concepts related to instructional design.
Instructions: We will meet in class this week. DH Room 317 at 430:pm. Please review the following video and read the associated article. We will first have an in-class discussion. Then click on the links below to see which group you will be in. Each group will take a related concept and use 10 minutes to present it to the class.Lecture
