Based on information from the National Weather Service’s Winter Storm Watch for the Chicago-area, Chicago State University will close at 12 pm on March 3. The campus will be closed for students, faculty, and non-essential staff members. All afternoon and evening in-person classes, meetings, and general operations will be canceled.


The campus will reopen on March 6 for in-person classes and normal business operations.
