Are you having trouble obtaining your Certificate of Completion for Ethics Training?

Try the quick fixes below. 

 Option 1

1.    Log into the training

2.    When prompted to start from where you left off? NO (start from the beginning)

3.    When the training is over, a page in a browser opens and says "the content has ended. You may close this window. ->Close the window

4.     However, there is an additional ethics training box that must also be closed.

5.    Then,refresh the Ethics training Moodle page before I click the "certificate of completion" box.

2. Option 2

            1. Complete the training.

           2. Close out and re-open training
