The Office of Online Instruction has additional support this term!   Dr. Deborah Lynch, a seasoned faculty member who has taught numerous remote courses in Moodle has agreed to assist the Office of Online Instruction for the remainder of the semester. She will be devoting hours on Monday 10:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. and Friday 2:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m.  Dr. Lynch can assist with the following types of tasks: 

• Accessing Moodle Mobile
• Uploading assignments
• Responding to a discussion forum
• Accessing  Metashells on their Dashboard
• Accessing a BigBlue Button, GotoMeeting and/or Zoom 
• Uploading documents to Turnitin
• Viewing  course content 
• Accessing Tutor.com
• Contacting instructors
